Ingredients
- Plums 5 pieces
- Brandy 3 tablespoons
- Brown Sugar 6 tablespoons
- Cream (40%) 0 fl oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 0 oz

Step 1
Preheat the grill in the oven. Cut the plums in half and remove the pits. Place the plums in a baking dish cut side down, drizzle with brandy, and sprinkle with 4 tablespoons of sugar. Grill until soft and caramelized for 8–10 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in a bowl, whip the mascarpone, cream, and the remaining 2 tablespoons of sugar with a mixer.
Step 3
Serve the plums on plates or in dessert bowls and top with the cream.
