- Plums 25 oz
- Sugar 0.3 cups
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Brandy 1 tablespoon
- Grated Lemon Zest 1 teaspoon

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
Cut the plums in half and remove the pits. Place them cut side up in a single layer in a baking dish. Sprinkle with sugar and drizzle with lemon juice. Bake until soft and the juice thickens, about 30–40 minutes.
Step 3
Mix the lemon zest and brandy and drizzle over the hot plums.
