- Rhubarb 15 oz
- Oranges 2 pieces
- Cinnamon 1 piece
- Vanilla Pod 2 pieces
- Brown Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Vanilla Ice Cream 5 oz
- Pistachios to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.

Cut the plums in half and remove the pits.
Step 3
Trim the ends of the rhubarb stalks and cut into 4 cm pieces.

Zest the oranges and squeeze out the juice.
Step 5
In a baking dish, place the plums, rhubarb, cinnamon stick, whole vanilla pods, add the zest, and pour in the orange juice. It is best to use a dish that allows all ingredients to fit in a single layer and be submerged in juice. Sprinkle sugar on top.

Bake for 20 minutes, until the plums and rhubarb are soft.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, sprinkled with crushed pistachios.
