Ingredients
- Puff Pastry 20 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Fruit Jelly 5 oz
- Vanillin ½ teaspoon
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Powdered Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Canned Pineapple Chunks 20 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the pineapples on a napkin to dry.
Step 2
Thaw the pastry and roll it out into a rectangle about 5 mm thick. Then cut the sheet into strips about 1 cm wide.
Step 3
Wrap the pineapples in the pastry, covering the entire surface.
Step 4
Place diced jelly in the center.
Step 5
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and sprinkle with flour. Arrange the wrapped pineapples on the sheet. Brush with beaten egg.
Step 6
Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 390°F.
Step 7
Sprinkle the finished pineapples with powdered sugar mixed with vanillin.
