Baked Pears with Cottage Cheese
Ingredients
- Pears 2 pieces
- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Vanilla powder a pinch
- Ground Cinnamon to taste
- Sugar Substitute to taste
- Raisins 0 oz
- Walnuts 0 oz
- Honey 2 teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the pears in half lengthwise and scoop out some flesh to create a cavity for the filling.
Step 2
Finely chop the removed flesh, sprinkle with cinnamon, and mix.
Step 3
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, add vanilla powder, sugar substitute to taste (I used stevia - 3 teaspoons), and the pear flesh.
Step 4
Rinse the raisins with boiling water, dry them, and add to the cottage cheese mixture.
Step 5
Stuff the pears with the cottage cheese filling, sprinkle with cinnamon, drizzle with honey, and top with finely chopped walnuts.
Step 6
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes.
