Baked peaches with berries
Ingredients
- Peaches 4 pieces
- Blueberries 5 oz
- Oats 0 oz
- White Grape Juice 5 fl oz
- Demerara Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla Pod 1 piece
- Saffron a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the peaches into 4 pieces, remove the pits, and place them in a baking dish in a single layer.
Step 2
Add the split vanilla pod, saffron, and pour in the grape juice.
Step 3
Bake in a preheated oven (190°C) uncovered for 20–30 minutes, until the peaches are soft. Turn off the oven.
Step 4
Add the blueberries to the peaches and return the dish to the oven to keep warm.
Step 5
Toast the oats in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until golden.
Step 6
Sprinkle with sugar and wait for it to melt, then mix thoroughly and let cool.
Step 7
Spread the oats over the peaches with blueberries and serve.
