Ingredients
- Vanilla Biscotti 10 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Sugar 10 fl oz
- Cocoa Powder 3 tablespoons
- Powdered Sugar 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Crush the vanilla cookies in a meat grinder, add the butter, granulated sugar, cocoa, hot milk, and vanilla sugar.
Step 2
Mix everything thoroughly and place the mixture in the refrigerator for an hour.
Step 3
When the mixture hardens, divide it into small portions, shaping them like potatoes.
Step 4
Bake for 15–20 minutes.
Step 5
Sprinkle the hot pastries with powdered sugar or granulated sugar mixed with cocoa powder, or chocolate shavings.
