Baked Mini Cheesecakes with Oreo Cookies
Ingredients
- Oreo Cookies 19 pieces
- Semi-soft cream cheese 10 oz
- Sugar ½ cup
- Sour Cream 5 tablespoons
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Vanilla salt ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Place one cookie in each of the 12 paper cups, break the remaining 7 cookies into small pieces.
Step 3
Beat the cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl with a mixer, add the sour cream and vanilla, and mix well. Add the eggs and cookies.
Step 4
Spoon the mixture into the cups.
Step 5
Bake for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Cool for 3 hours.
Step 7
After cooling, remove the cheesecakes from the cups, serving cookie side up.
