Baked Mango Sorbet
Ingredients
- Mango 3 pieces
- Sugar ½ cup
- Water ½ cup
- Beans 1 piece
- Lime Juice 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Place whole mangoes on a baking sheet and bake for 70–90 minutes until soft. Let cool.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine sugar and water, bring to a boil, and cook until the sugar dissolves, stirring. Let cool.
Step 3
Mash the banana until it becomes a puree.
Step 4
Peel the mangoes and remove the pits, then transfer to a blender. Add the banana puree, lime juice, and sugar syrup. Blend until smooth. You can strain it through a sieve if desired. Let cool.
Step 5
Pour into an ice cream maker or container and place in the freezer until set, stirring every 45 minutes.
