Baked fruits with rosemary and mascarpone
Ingredients
- Donut Peaches 2 pieces
- Nectarines 2 pieces
- Plums 2 pieces
- Fresh Rose Hips 2 sprigs
- Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Lime Juice 1 tablespoon
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande to taste
- Butter 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
Using a fork, pierce the skin of the peaches, nectarines, and plums, then cut them in half and remove the pits. Place them in a baking dish with the rosemary and sprinkle with sugar (adjust the amount to your taste). Top with pieces of butter and drizzle with lime juice.
Step 3
Bake in the oven until soft for 15–20 minutes. Then remove the rosemary.
Step 4
Serve in dessert bowls with mascarpone.
