Ingredients

- Milk 5 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Large eggs 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Coarse Salt ¼ teaspoon
- Vanilla extract ½ teaspoon
- Raspberry leaves 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F. In a baking dish, melt the butter by placing it in the oven for about 6 minutes.
Step 2
In a blender, combine the milk, eggs, sugar (reserve 1 tablespoon), flour, salt, and vanilla. Add the melted butter and blend the mixture for about 30 seconds.
Step 3
Place the berries in the dish and pour the batter over them. Sprinkle with the reserved sugar and bake for about 20–25 minutes, until the mixture slightly rises and is firm in the center.
Step 4
Preheat the broiler and brown the dessert for about 2–3 minutes. Serve warm.
