Ingredients
- Cream (40%) 10 fl oz
- Maple syrup 5 fl oz
- Salt ¼ teaspoon
- Egg white 4 pieces
- Vanilla extract ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, bring the cream, maple syrup, and salt to a boil.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix the yolks and vanilla.
Step 3
Slowly, while whisking, incorporate the cream mixture into the yolks. Then strain through a sieve.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 300°F.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into 4 small pudding molds. Place them in a deep baking tray and fill with hot water so that it covers the molds halfway.
Step 6
Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
Step 7
Cool to room temperature, removing from the water.
