Ingredients
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Cocoa Powder 0 oz
- Sugar 10 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 8 pieces
- Vanillin a pinch
- Salt ½ tablespoon
- Chocolate Biscuit Base 1 piece
- Chocolate eggs to taste
- Liquid dark chocolate to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the butter, salt, flour, and milk, place over heat, and cook, stirring constantly, until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.
Step 2
Remove from heat, cool, and mix with cocoa powder, sugar, and vanillin. Whip the yolks with sugar until white, beat the whites into a foam, then gently fold everything into the milk mixture.
Step 3
Pour into a mold and bake at medium temperature for 20 minutes. Place the finished soufflé on the chocolate cake base, cut into portions, drizzle with melted milk chocolate, and decorate.
