- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- White Beans 1 piece
- Donut Peaches 4 pieces
- Vanilla Ice Cream 0 lbs
- Raspberry leaves 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
In a dish, mix the softened butter, lemon juice, sugar, and vanilla bean (separate the seeds from the pod).
Step 3
Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits. Place them in the dish and mix with the butter mixture. Then turn them cut side down.
Step 4
Bake in the oven until soft and syrup forms for 15–25 minutes, periodically brushing the peaches with the syrup.
Step 5
Place the peaches on plates and serve warm with ice cream and raspberries, drizzled with the syrup from the dish.
