Ingredients
- Shelled pumpkin seeds 5 oz
- Granny Smith apples 6 pieces
- Light Raisins, Seedless 5 oz
- Honey 3 spoons
- Lemon 1 piece
- Ground Cinnamon a pinch
- 33% Cream 5 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the apples in half, remove the cores, and place the halves in the oven to bake at 285°F for forty minutes.
Step 2
In a large bowl, whisk together the cream and eggs, then mix in the zest of one lemon, finely chopped nuts, cinnamon, raisins, and honey.
Step 3
Fill the lower halves with the resulting mixture, cover them with the upper halves, wrap each apple in foil or place them in appropriately sized pastry rings to help the fruits retain their shape.
Step 4
Place the apples stuffed with nuts and raisins in the oven and bake for about half an hour more.
