Wash the apples, cut off the top to create a lid, and carefully remove the core.

Remove the pits from the dates and chop the flesh.

Toast the walnuts in a dry skillet and chop them.

Cook the rice. Mix with sugar, raisins, dates, and walnuts. Fill the apples with the mixture, cover with the lids, and place in a preheated oven at 355°F.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
