Ingredients
- Apple 6 pieces
- Pumpkin 5 oz
- Sugar 6 tablespoons
- Raisins to taste
- Cinnamon to taste
- Walnuts to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the apples. Cut out the core using a knife. Then scoop out the core with all the seeds and partitions using a spoon. The main thing is not to puncture the apple.
Step 2
Cut the pumpkin into small cubes. Soak the raisins in boiling water for a couple of minutes. Mix the sugar with cinnamon. Chop the walnuts with a knife.
Step 3
Fill the apple with a little pumpkin, walnuts, and raisins. Sprinkle with sugar and add more pumpkin, walnuts, and raisins, as much as will fit. Top with a sprinkle of sugar.
Step 4
Place everything in a deep baking dish lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30 minutes at 355°F.
