Baked apples with nuts and white wine
Ingredients
- Salt ½ spoons
- Apple 6 pieces
- Shelled pumpkin seeds 5 oz
- Dry White Wine 10 fl oz
- Raisins 5 oz
- Dark rum 0 fl oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Honey 2 spoons
- Brown Sugar 5 oz
- Ground Cinnamon 1½ spoons
- Whipped Cream to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine the chopped raisins and nuts, sugar, and salt, then pour in the rum. Core the apples and scoop out some of the flesh. Stuff each apple with 35 grams of the nut mixture.
Step 2
Pour in the wine and honey, and add pieces of butter on top. Bake at 345°F covered with foil for one hour and fifteen minutes. Serve with cinnamon and whipped cream.
