  • Granny Smith apples 4 pieces
  • Cinnamon 5 oz
  • Cardamom 0 oz
  • Fructose 5 oz
  • Wheat Flour 15 oz
  • Butter 10 oz
  • Ground clove 0 oz
  • Star anise 0 oz
  • Nutmeg 0 oz
  • Vanilla Ice Cream to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix 40 grams of cinnamon, 20 grams of cardamom, and 80 grams of fructose.

Step 2

Coat the apples in this mixture and wrap each apple in foil.

Step 3

Place in a preheated oven at 355°F (356 degrees Fahrenheit) for 25 minutes.

Step 4

Prepare the ginger cookies. Mix the flour, butter, remaining fructose, cinnamon, and cardamom. Add nutmeg.

Step 5

Knead the dough.

Step 6

Crush the cloves and star anise and add to the dough. Knead again.

Step 7

Roll out the dough and place in a preheated oven at 355°F (356 degrees Fahrenheit) for 20 minutes.

Step 8

When serving, warm the apples and sprinkle with ginger cookies.

Step 9

Optionally, add a scoop of ice cream.
