Ingredients
- Apple 4 pieces
- Citrus Zest Mix 4 strips
- Frozen black currant puree ½ cup
- Vanilla Pod 1 piece
- Ground Cinnamon 2 teaspoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice ¼ cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the cores from the apples.
Step 2
Cut the vanilla pod into 4 pieces.
Step 3
Place the apples in a large glass baking dish.
Step 4
Inside each apple, place a strip of zest, a few berries, a piece of the vanilla pod, and ½ teaspoon of cinnamon.
Step 5
Drizzle the apples with lemon juice, sprinkle with the remaining currants, cover with a lid, and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 355°F.
