- Apple 15 oz
- Brown Sugar 0 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Granulated sugar 5 oz
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Ground Almonds 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the apples, remove the core, and slice them.
Step 2
In a saucepan over low heat, dissolve the brown sugar in 2 tablespoons of water, add the apples, and cook until they are soft. Transfer to a buttered baking dish.
Step 3
Beat the butter and granulated sugar until fluffy, then add the beaten eggs. Fold in the ground almonds.
Step 4
Spread the prepared mixture over the apples. Bake at 355°F for 1 hour.
Step 5
Serve the pudding cold or hot with chilled cream.
