Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the core from the whole apple. Stuff the apple with a mixture of dried apricots, prunes, walnuts, and honey.
Step 2
Place the apple in the oven preheated to 195°F for 50–60 minutes.
Step 3
Let the finished apple cool. Dip it in the gel and allow the excess to drip off.
Step 4
Pour the mango sauce into a plate, place the apple in the center, and sprinkle crushed pistachios around the edges. Garnish with a mint leaf.
