Step 1
Roll out the pastry and place it on a baking sheet, then layer the bacon on top and bake in the oven at 430°F until it turns golden brown.
Step 2
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and crack the eggs directly onto the pastry, add spices, and bake again for about 5–6 minutes.

Sprinkle the finished pie with chopped chives.
