- Bacon 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Baking Powder 1½ tablespoons
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Mild Chili Spice ¼ teaspoon
- Butter 5 oz
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Hard Cheese 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the bacon and fry it in a skillet.
Step 2
Then, chop the cooked bacon into pieces.
Step 3
Grate the cheese using a fine grater.
Step 4
Mix together the flour, salt, baking powder, and butter, then add the bacon, cheese, and pepper, and stir.
Step 5
Add the milk and knead the dough.
Step 6
Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1 cm.
Step 7
Use any cookie cutters and proceed as with cookies.
Step 8
Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for about 15 minutes.
Step 9
Remove the baking sheet and let the cookies cool slightly. They can be served as a snack with various sauces.
