Ingredients
- "Baby formula 'Malyutka'" 5 cups
- Sugar 2½ cups
- Butter 0 oz
- Milk ¾ cup
- Cocoa Powder 4 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, add sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and butter, and place over low heat. Cook the mixture on low heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves.
Step 2
Remove the mixture from heat, let it cool, and gradually introduce the baby formula in small portions until the mixture becomes thick enough that it is difficult to stir with a spoon.
Step 3
With hands moistened with water, pinch off a piece of the mixture and roll it into a ball.
Step 4
Then dust your hands and the countertop with baby formula and roll the balls in the mixture to prevent them from being sticky, shaping them into truffles.
