Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 20 oz
- Salt 1 tablespoon
- Sugar 0 oz
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Whole egg 2 pieces
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Citrus Zest Mix 5 oz
- Rum 2 teaspoons
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Raisins 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the flour into a bowl, make a well in the center, and crumble the yeast into it.
Step 2
Add 1 teaspoon of sugar and a little warm milk.
Step 3
Mix the ingredients in the well and let it rise in a warm place for 25 minutes.
Step 4
When the yeast has risen, sprinkle it with flour. Add sugar, butter or margarine, and rum to the side.
Step 5
Knead a uniform, elastic dough and let it rise.
Step 6
Fold the raisins into the dough, place it in a round mold, and let it rise again.
