Ingredients
- Matsoni 10 fl oz
- Beef 5 oz
- Scallions 1 bunch
- Sugar to taste
- Cucumbers 5 oz
- Cilantro to taste
- Salt to taste
- Dill to taste

Step 1
Dilute the matsoni with water in a 1:1 ratio.
Step 2
Peel the cucumbers and cut them into cubes. Pour the matsoni over the cucumbers.
Step 3
Chop the green onions, cilantro, and dill, and add them to the okroshka. Add salt and sugar.
Step 4
Boil the meat and cut it into small pieces. Add to the okroshka.
