- Shrimp 40 pieces

Step 1
Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon, being careful not to damage the skin, mash it with a fork, and drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 2
Add finely chopped shrimp (reserve 12 pieces for decoration), finely chopped dill, salt, and mayonnaise to the flesh. Mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Fill the avocado halves with the resulting mixture — top with the reserved shrimp and olives. The dish is ready.
