Step 1
Cut the avocado in half and carefully score each half to the skin with a table knife, ensuring the skin remains intact.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lime juice, and soy sauce (variations are possible: in summer, it's better to use lime juice, and in winter, lemon juice; soy sauce can be replaced with balsamic vinegar if you prefer).
Step 3
