This is a very healthy dish — a dip or spread, however you prefer, but it is very simple and quick to prepare, suitable for breakfast, lunch, or dinner as an accompaniment to main dishes.

- Avocado 1 piece
- Potato 1 piece
- Onion 1 head
- Salt a pinch
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2
Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit with a knife.
Step 3
Scoop out the flesh of the avocado with a spoon.
Step 4
Place it in a bowl.
Step 5
Mash the avocado with a blender (or fork).
Step 6
The mixture should be soft and homogeneous.
Step 7
Dice the onion into small cubes.
Step 8
Add it to the avocado mixture.
Step 9
Dice the tomato.

Also add it to the avocado.

Add salt.

Add the oil.
