Description
Ideally, you should add mozzarella to this soup.
Ingredients
- Chicken Broth 0 qt
- Avocado 2 pieces
- Marinated cherries 5 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 teaspoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Herbs 2 stems
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the avocado.
Step 2
Remove the pit, cut into pieces, and drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 3
Blend the peeled avocado using a blender.
Step 4
Add the chicken broth and blend again.
Step 5
Slice the garlic and sauté until golden in well-heated oil.
Step 6
Remove the garlic and sauté the halved cherry tomatoes in the same oil.
Step 7
Add the sautéed tomatoes to the soup puree, stir, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 8
Pour the soup puree into serving bowls, top with diced cheese, and garnish with a sprig of herbs.
