  • Avocado 3 pieces
  • Lime 2 pieces
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee 4 tablespoons
  • 20% Sour Cream 4 tablespoons
  • Butter 3 tablespoons
  • Canned Pineapple Chunks 3 pieces
  • Sugar 2 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, peel, and chop the flesh randomly.

Step 2

Zest the limes and squeeze out the juice.

Step 3

Add the lime juice to the avocados and blend with a blender.

Step 4

Add the sour cream and sweetened condensed milk, and blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl.

Step 5

Finely chop the zest and add it to the resulting puree (set aside a little zest for garnish), place in the freezer and freeze until firm.

Step 6

Melt the butter in a skillet, add the pineapple rings, and grill for 3–4 minutes on both sides, sprinkle with sugar and heat until the sugar melts, for a few minutes.

Step 7

Scoop the avocado ice cream into a suitable bowl, and arrange the warm caramelized pineapple around the edges.

Step 8

Sprinkle with the chopped lime zest.
