Ingredients
- Avocado 1 piece
- Potato 1 piece
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Chives to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and use a spoon to scoop out the flesh into a large bowl. Add one tablespoon of lemon juice (no more is needed, the lemon is used here to prevent the avocado from changing color). Mash the avocado flesh with a fork and mix it with the sour cream.
Step 2
Chop the tomato. Finely chop the chives. Add them to the bowl and mix. Season the dip with salt and pepper. Serve with thinly sliced fresh vegetables (celery, carrots, cucumbers, sweet red peppers, etc.).
