
Avocado and Lemon Ice Cream

Description
Made it in an ice cream maker. Did not add salt. It's better to use more lemon zest.
Ingredients
- Avocado 2 pieces
- Honey 6½ tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice 5 fl oz
- White Beans 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Grated Lemon Zest 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
Step 2
If you think the flavor should be more lemony, add more lemon zest (but not juice).
Step 3
Now for freezing — place everything in an airtight container (preferably glass) and put it in the freezer. Depending on the temperature, it will take 2 to 4 hours.
Step 4
You can take it out a couple of times and stir the ice cream.
