Avocado and Carrot Soup Puree
Ingredients
- Avocado 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Chopped almonds 0 oz
- Ginger 1 tablespoon
- Lemon 1 piece
- Paprika a pinch
- Agave Syrup 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the almonds in cold water for 4-6 hours.
Step 2
Peel the avocado and remove the pit. Cut it into large pieces.
Step 3
Chop the carrot into small cubes.
Step 4
Zest half of the lemon and squeeze the juice into a blender. Add the soaked almonds, ginger, avocado, and carrot to the blender and blend the ingredients until smooth.
Step 5
Add water or freshly squeezed carrot juice to achieve the desired consistency.
Step 6
Add agave syrup (can be replaced with stevia drops or honey). Mix well.
Step 7
Pour into bowls and serve, sprinkled with paprika.
