Ingredients
- Pumpkin 1 piece
- Fresh Rose Hips 2 sprigs
- Chicken Broth 0 qt
- Olive Oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the pumpkin into pieces.
Step 2
Mix olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Step 3
Brush all the pumpkin pieces with the mixture, making a few cuts on each piece beforehand.
Step 4
Place rosemary on each piece.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 390°F.

Bake the pumpkin for 40 minutes (turn off the oven once the pumpkin is soft).
Step 7
Wait for the pumpkin to cool, then place the pieces in a pot.
Step 8
Add vegetable broth and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 9
Use a blender to puree the soup.
Step 10
Serve, sprinkled with paprika.
