Ingredients
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Brown Sugar 0 oz
- Citrus Zest Mix 0 oz
- Citrus Zest Mix 0 oz
- Honey 0 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Granulated sugar 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Hazelnut 10 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Blend the eggs, sugar, and honey at low speed in a blender. Melt the butter. Make the zest and grate the nuts on a fine grater. Add the butter, zest, and nuts. Blend.
Step 2
Mix the flour and baking powder, gradually adding it to the batter while blending. You can increase the blending speed. At the end, stir the batter a few times with a spoon and let it rest for 5–10 minutes. Pour the batter into silicone molds, filling them about 2/3 full. Preheat the oven to 390°F. Place the muffins to bake.
Step 3
After the muffins rise and just start to brown (about 5 minutes), reduce the temperature to 355°F. Remove them when the muffins have a golden-brown appearance (around 5–10 minutes later). Let them cool and then remove from the molds.
