Ingredients
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Sugar 5 oz
- Apple 1 piece
- Milk 1 tablespoon
- Margarine 0 oz
- Activated Baking Soda a pinch
- Cocoa Powder a pinch
- Vanillin a pinch
- Wheat Flour 20 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the eggs with the sugar. Grate the apple on a fine grater and mix everything together. Add the baking soda to the milk, and only then pour this into the dough.
Step 2
Melt the margarine in the microwave. Pour it into the dough. Add the cocoa powder and vanillin.
Step 3
Gradually fold in the flour.
Step 4
On a separate board, shape the cookies (as shown in the picture).
Step 5
Bake in the oven at 390°F for 25 minutes.
