Description
According to the Thai recipe, lemongrass leaves can be replaced with the zest of half a lemon.
Ingredients
- Shrimp 10 pieces
- Canned Truffles 10 fl oz
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Kaffir Lime Leaves 2 pieces
- Lemongrass 1 stalk
- Fish Oil 2 tablespoons
- Oyster Mushrooms ½ teaspoon
- Mild Chili Spice 6 pieces
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Ground coriander 8 stalks
- Water 0 qt
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash, peel, and chop the shrimp.
Step 2
Bring the water to a boil, add the lemongrass (lemon zest) and lime leaves. Add the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add the mushrooms, salt, and oyster sauce.
Step 4
Remove from heat, season with fish sauce, lemon juice, and red chili pepper.
Step 5
Garnish with cilantro sprigs before serving.
Step 6
Serve hot.
