Ingredients

  • Milk 15 fl oz
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Sour Cream 10 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 5 pieces
  • Margarine 5 oz
  • Dry yeast 0 oz
  • Salt ½ teaspoon
  • Wheat Flour 5 lbs

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Warm the milk slightly in a bowl. Dissolve the yeast in it.

Step 2

Beat the eggs with sugar. Add salt, sour cream, and melted margarine.

Step 3

Mix everything together. Warm slightly and add some of the flour.

Step 4

The dough should be like thick sour cream.

Step 5

Let it rise for 1 hour.

Step 6

When the dough has risen, moisten your hands with vegetable oil, add the remaining flour, and knead well (the dough should not be stiff).

Step 7

Place in a warm place to rise again.

Step 8

Form small balls and let them rise.

Step 9

Shape the pies. Brush with egg and place in the oven for 30–35 minutes at 355°F.

Step 10

The pies are ready.
