Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 0 lbs
- Sour Cream 1 can
- Puff Pastry 20 oz
- Semi-Smoked Sausage 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
First, you need to slice the potatoes. Don't hesitate to take the largest ones. Two or three potatoes are just what you need. The potatoes should be cut into thin rounds so they cook faster.
Step 2
Add a meat selection to the potatoes. Bacon, ham, or smoked sausage will work well. Everything spicy, flavorful, and fatty. You can add some freshly ground pepper. Don't forget to salt.
Step 3
Again, layer the potatoes and the delightful meat selection. The finishing touch will be the rich sour cream. Spoon it over the surface.
Step 4
The entire mixture needs to be covered with pastry. Make a few holes so the pie doesn't burst from its own importance.
Step 5
The oven is already preheated to 320°F. Place the pie in there for about 30–40 minutes. If it starts to burn, lower the temperature by about twenty degrees.
Step 6
Let the pie rest after you take it out of the oven. At least let it sit for 15 minutes to relax.
