- Cinnamon to taste
- Raisins 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Powdered Sugar 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Separate the egg whites and whip them until they form a light froth.
Step 2
Melt 60 grams of butter and whisk with the egg yolks and sugar. While stirring continuously, add the flour and salt. Pour in the milk and combine with the egg whites. Knead the dough.

Sauté the raisins in butter.

Spoon the batter onto the skillet and cook for 5 minutes. Then carefully flip and cook for another 3 minutes.
