For Christmas, I roll out the dough from the freezer into a pancake 1–2 cm thick and cut out various shapes)))

Ingredients

  • Dry Malted Milk Powder 5 oz
  • Sugar 10 oz
  • Cocoa Powder 5 oz
  • Butter 5 oz
  • 10% cream 5 fl oz
  • Gelatin 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Melt the butter, add the cream and sugar. Cook this syrup until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Step 2

Mix the cocoa powder and dry milk (at this stage, I like to add cinnamon for a Christmas scent).

Step 3

Add the syrup to the dry mixture and mix thoroughly.

Step 4

Let it cool for a while, then place the resulting dough in the freezer for 1.5–2 hours.

Step 5

From the cooled dough, form small balls and roll them in cocoa powder (dry milk, powdered sugar, to your taste).
