Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 15 oz
- Dr. Oetker Cake Jelly 1 tablespoon
- Powdered Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Chocolate 5 oz
- Oreo Cookies 0 oz
- "Dr. Oetker Vanilla Sugar" to taste
- Jam 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and softened butter with a mixer until smooth, add vanilla sugar, and gradually pour in the gelatin dissolved in hot water (5–6 tablespoons). Mix well, pour the mixture into a mold, and refrigerate for 4–5 hours to set.
Step 2
To prepare the crust, crush the oat cookies and mix with melted chocolate. Line a cake plate with greased parchment paper and form a disc. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 3
Dip the mold with the set cream cheese mixture in hot water for a few seconds and carefully transfer the contents onto the prepared crust. Spread thick fruit jam on top and coat the entire cake with slightly warm melted chocolate. Refrigerate overnight.
