Ingredients
- Cornish Hen 30 oz
- Lemongrass 0 oz
- Banana Leaves 0 oz
- Carrot 5 oz
- Ramiro Pepper 0 oz
- Mild Chili Spice 0 oz
- Ocean salt to taste
- Water 0 qt
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the lemongrass into small pieces.
Step 2
Cut the Cornish hen in half.
Step 3
Place the chicken in a pot.
Step 4
Pour in the water. Set on high heat.
Step 5
Bring to a boil and remove the foam. Cook on medium heat.
Step 6
Dice the carrot into small cubes.
Step 7
10 minutes after boiling, add the lime leaves.
Step 8
Cover with a lid.
Step 9
Chop the ramiro pepper into small pieces.
Step 10
Slice the chili.
Step 11
Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the lemongrass, carrot, and peppers. Sauté on high heat for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add salt.

Add the sautéed vegetables. Cook for another 10 minutes without a lid. The soup should cook for at least 20 minutes after boiling.
Step 14
Transfer to a deep bowl and serve in portions.
