Ingredients
- Beef 35 oz
- Parsley 1 piece
- Celery salt 1 piece
- Garlic ½ head
- Chopped Sage Leaves 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the beef into small pieces and cover with water.
Step 2
Remove the foam before boiling, add the parsley and celery roots, which should be removed at the end of cooking.
Step 3
Five minutes before the meat is ready, add salt to the soup.
Step 4
Before serving, add crushed garlic and finely chopped parsley to each plate with the pieces of meat, and pour in a small amount of meat broth.
