- Sugar 5 oz

- 33% Cream 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 15 oz
- Pitted Wild Apricots 20 oz
- Maple syrup 0 fl oz
- Vanilla Ice Cream 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the flour, add 40 grams of sugar and 340 grams of butter, season with salt, and then knead the dough.
Step 2
Melt 120 grams of sugar in 50 grams of butter.
Step 3
Add the cream and mix until a caramel state is achieved.
Step 4
Pour the apricots with maple syrup and warm them in a pan.
Step 5
Arrange the apricots in a mold and pour the prepared dough over them.
Step 6
Bake at 355°F for 20 minutes.
Step 7
Let the tart cool and then flip it over.
Step 8
Drizzle with caramel, place the vanilla ice cream next to it on a plate, and serve.
