Description
You can also make apricot sauce by replacing dried apricots with 200 grams of apricot puree.

- Dried Apricots 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Rice Sweet Wine 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the dried apricots in warm water, place them in a pot, cover with a glass of water, and cook until soft.
Step 2
Pass the cooked apricots through a fine sieve, return them to the pot, add sugar and 60 ml of hot water, stir everything, place on the heat, and boil for 5 minutes.
Step 3
After that, remove the sauce from the heat, add the wine, and stir.
