- Pitted Wild Apricots 20 oz
- Sugar 15 oz
- Water 10 fl oz

Step 1
Wash the apricots, remove the pits, place them in a pot, add a glass of water, cover with a lid, and put on the heat to cook.
Step 2
When the apricots become soft, strain them through a sieve.
Step 3
Add sugar to the resulting puree, mix, put on the heat, and cook while stirring until it reaches the consistency of jam.
