- Pitted Wild Apricots 20 oz
- Oranges 5 oz
- Cinnamon 0 oz
- Sugar 5 oz

Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Thoroughly wash and sterilize three-liter jars. Boil water in a container, calculating about 2.5 liters of water per jar.
Step 3
Wash the apricots well under running water.
Step 4
Remove the pits from the apricots.
Step 5
Place the apricots at the bottom of the jar.
Step 6
Add 200 grams of sugar to the jar.
Step 7
Slice the orange and place it in the jar.
Step 8
Add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon to the jar.
Step 9
Pour boiling water into the jar until it is full.
Step 10
Seal the jar with a metal lid, turn it upside down to ensure the lid is tightly sealed.
Step 11
Wrap the jar well in a towel, and you can also cover it with a blanket. Leave it for 24 hours to cool completely. Store the compote in a cool place.
